RETURN POLICY

We offer a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and ship the item back to us.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase

Be in the same condition in which it was received

Be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in its original packaging, such as the Maison Dupont cotton bag (if included in original shipment)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

Perishable goods

Personal care products

Undergarments

Headwear

Sale items

Gift cards

HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please email us photos of the item, the reason for the return, and your order number at shop@maisondupont.ch.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us through our Contact Us form, also located at the bottom of our website.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
