Before becoming a mom, I became acutely aware of the lack of transparency the beauty industry had made standard — leaning on chemicals, fillers, and synthetics.
Under Luna began with a simple desire: to care for my family in the most honest way possible.
Inspired by a desire to understand hair care at its roots, I began studying the plants and scalp rituals people relied on long before hair care became commercialized. What I discovered was a rich history of traditional plant wisdom that continues to guide every formula we create today.
Inspired and led by the herbs, roots, and vast nourishment found right under our feet, I decided to make my own.
From my first bottle of Warrior Shampoo in 2016 to every formula we've made since, Under Luna has grown into scalp-first hair care rooted in traditional plant wisdom, purposeful ingredients, and modern formulas designed to support the scalp concerns we see today — making daily care feel beautiful, effective, and deeply nourishing.
